RECTANGULAR DUCTS
Rectangular ducts with TDC joint system
This connection is made up of a metal flange that is part of the conduit body, not separated like other systems. The TDC system is subject to chapter VII of the SMACNA Fuctional Criteria standard, for which SMACNA supports it. * (See Special Joint Profiles Fig 1-4 A SMACNA Edition 1995).
This system is provided with its accessories such as squares that are already placed in the ducts, as well as with the coupling clips for them.
Mounting
The TDC ducts have the advantage that they can be armed on the floor and lift several sections at the same time, so many sections can raise their elevation system. In traditional ducts this is not possible since the sliding-zeta system is damaged when transporting it, they have to be assembled section by section, while the TDC can be disassembled without damaging and reassembling it as many times as needed.
Rectangular ducts with frame-flange connection
This system of union is rigid.
Rectangular ducts with zeta-slider connection
This system has the particularity of producing a significant saving of sheet metal when compared to the frame-flange connection, as well as if it has to be isolated, leaving it very well for visible conduits.
Rectangular ducts with inserts type NEXUS
Very used for ducts of large sizes exceeding 1.50 meters. This system perfectly replaces the iron flanges and also its cost is much lower.
Important
All the works are carried out by cutting Plasma, resulting in an optimization in the consumption of sheet metal and translating into an IMPORTANT SAVING for our customers.
